Automation And Compound Management Group Leader

Ridgefield, Ct

This position included the added responsibility of heading up Sample Management as an expansion of my automation group leader role. The newly formed Automation and Sample Management group (ASM) was staffed with up to nine permanent staff and four contract workers. Additional responsibilities included oversight of global order fulfillment, master stock exchange with our German sister-site, CRO compound intake, shipping, best practice documentation, restricted compound monitoring, database querying and staff resource analysis. Key deliverables included:• Project management for the conception and build of a 30-robot automated liquids processing system (ALPS), which handled all compound solution distributions in a dry room environment.
