Promoted from Lead Specialist to People Leader in Apple's flagship Birmingham store, I led talent selection, HR operations, and training and development for over 150 employees. Implementing market-level strategies that enhanced the customer experience and increased employee engagement measures by 16 points (NPS).

Selected from over 350 applicants to lead foundational learning experiences for flagship stores in Covent Garden, Washington DC, and the inaugural Apple Store Leader Program.

Within a year of joining Apple I was promoted to Lead Specialist, where a background in analysis allowed me to identify performance opportunities and implement strategic learning initiatives that drove performance across product sales, service provision and customer satisfaction.

Having spent most of my career in corporate environments, I joined Apple Retail as a Mac Specialist with a focus on creating owners of Apple products and providing unparalleled customer experiences.
