The industry buzz word of the moment.I actually prefer the term ‘Intelligent Experiences’ but that’s for another day!My role at K+C Connect is to lead out our data-led CX offering and support our clients to make it work effectively in their business. How, I hear you ask?I manage a team of talented data experts whose focus is the intelligent use of data to:1) measure, quantify and report on digital experience value2) plan and prioritise digital experiences using sprint and agile methodologies3) craft and connect experiences within and across channels
4) optimise customer journeys using testing and personalisation technologies.It goes way beyond using your core Analytics more effectively, although that’s a good start!My role beyond client consulting is to forge partnerships with leading CX technologies and create products and services that help our clients fast track their CX ambitions. So, what makes me more qualified than most to do this?I’ve worked at leading digital platform agencies for over 20 years managing the analytics, conversion rate optimisation, data visualisation, search and paid media practices at each of these businesses.I’m creative, commercially minded focused on ROI with a real hands on understanding of digital channels. I’m not a data nerd. I just understand the value of it and its practical application.My data-led CX strategy for Lexus was nominated for a BIMA award in 2019 and I regularly talk at c-suite events on the subject of effective and measurable CX.
