I am an experienced software training manager and trainer with a background in Digital Preservation, Financial Services and Social Care systems.I am currently the Training and Customer Engagement Manager at Preservica. I have been here since March 2020, and this role involves the development and delivery of training across a wide range of products, for a variety of learning methods, including eLearning. I also onboard new customers and ensure the initial implementation and post-sales engagement process is organised and smooth.
