Over the past 25 years I have worked across a variety of different roles and organisations within the recruitment, assessment and marketing sectors. Working my way from a Sales executive to now Chief Commercial officer my career has focused on creating sales strategies and teams to deliver exceptional business results. My first role gave me access to the Early Talent Career space as I helped organisations plan and execute marketing strategies to attract the best talent, often creating new products to support my client’s needs. During my time on the Board at GTI I created one of the leading outsourcing divisions securing many European end to end recruitment campaigns. Combining my skills in business development as well as managing delivery teams has given me the opportunity to work with some exceptional companies across multiple sectors. My role on the Board at Cappfinity is focused around the retaining and growth of existing clients across the globe plus managing a team to deliver new client acquisition - with an overall objective to grow our ARR YoY. I'm directly involved in our on and offline marketing strategy and execution plus oversee our ever growing outsourcing division. The last 10 years has seen my network expand across all levels of HR with the majority of time now spent with HRD's, Heads of Talent, & Senior HR teams.
