ROAV7 is a provider of aerial services in the Oil & Gas industry. Thanks to our drone technology, inspection is done quickly and more thoroughly, and maintenance is optimized. My role at ROAV7 is to coordinated our effort to developed the company, manage projects and finance, and to establish mid term and long term strategy.

Leading the international expansion of Work4 in the Gulf, in particular in the UAE, I'm studying the market, meeting with existing customers and prospecting.

What I'm doing :Overseeing the management of our engineering team in Paris. (up to 25 engineers).Responsible for process improvements in an Agile environment, KPIs owner, team and individuals objectives, HR management of the team, new hires, team development strategy, individual performance (evaluation and career development), communication in a multiple offices and multiple time zone, engineers well being (startup spirit project).Also provides Sales team support through Salesforces process optimization and administration of our Salesforce.com plateform.

What I'm doing :I'm directly accountable for all activities associated with ensuring successful performance and delivery once the contract or agreement with the customer and/or business partner has been established. Successful delivery is defined as meeting or exceeding stakeholder needs and expectations. I primarily, with team support, plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, document and direct project activities to ensure a complete business solution is implemented. I'm also leading the Professional Services team and I ensure that projects meet established time, cost, contractual and technical requirements. The team is working in an Agile development scheme, and works on multiple projects of varying size and complexity. I'm managing the development of MSS business in the Gulf of Guinea Sub Region for ASTEC Telecom.ASTEC TELECOM provides the petroleum industry, NGOs and governments with mobile satellite communication, hardware and airtime, from INMARSAT, IRIDIUM and THURAYA, the 3 biggest satellite service providers for mobile voice and data.Applications range from providing internet connectivity to a prospection team in the oil industry to voice communication for people in the mining or forestry business or maritime communcation offshore for the oil rigs.

S.A.T.F. Technology department provides Oil&Gas Companies in Pointe-Noire and Congo with 3 main services :-Satellites Telecommunications, with Iridium, Thuraya and Inmarsat terminals and airtime management thanks to special partnership between S.A.T.F and the IEC Telecom Group. Our main clients in the area are Schlumberger, Total and local oil & gas service corporations.-Mobile tracking with GPRS tracking systems, Iridium tracking systems from international suppliers. We work closely in the oil & gas field with QHSE departments in order to provide tracking system allowing the company to apply worldwide safe driving policies(mainly with the use of MixTelematics FM3316 VDO system monitoring driver practices) and with transportation and logistics services in order to provide contents monitoring, improve quality of service and drive down fuel costs. Our main clients are Total E&P Congo, Baker Hughes, Bolloré Africa Logistics (SDV) and local companies.-Access control and CCTV system. We are using international suppliers in order to offer our costumers turnkey systems and projects in the field of building, yard and area security, with access control systems (Gunnebo, Sagem Security-Morpho, Automatic Systems) and cctv systems (Axis). We specializes in off the shelves project where we work directly with the client to build a solution, manage suppliers and import, install and commission the system, and finally train operators and supply maintenance. Our main clients are Bolloré Africa Logistics (Congo Terminal), Baker Hughes and local oil & gas companies.My job as head of department is to manage development of our business. I started by myself in 2009 and now I oversee the day to day activities of 7 people, from salesman to support specialists and technicians. Tasks include project management, finance management, on the field intervention, system deployment, setup and commissioning, answers of request for proposal, marketing and sales management.

For 3 years I worked for Sophis Inc (now part of Mysis), a provider of cross-asset and fully integrated portfolio and risk management softwares for the buy-side and the sell-side community, I have been able to developed my professional skill in the consultancy domain, mainly team spirit, client relationship and project management. For about three years, I have been working with both big asset managers and small hedge funds in order to implement the software solution and drive those projects. Prior to this experience I have been able to discover the financial world trough the extensive support of our worldwide client base, and trough the continuous demos I learned the basics of pre-sales.
