Developed an independent, full-cycle recruitment practice. Created a strong network of clients, researchers and recruiters across North America, primarily based on meaningful contacts made & enhanced over the previous 12 years with The Sharrow Group. Was quite fortunate to have established a loyal client base with whom I've engaged in a wide variety of recruiting assignments. Typically able to fulfill the majority of executive searches through passive candidate interaction, expansive ATS/CRM databases and, as needed, will call upon sourcing & recruiting professionals nationwide to expedite the recruitment, presentation, and hiring process.

Recruited to start-up a real estate, residential construction & development recruitment practice for this 40 year old executive search firm. With one partner, purchased the business in 2001. Primary responsibilities included: long-term strategic planning; financial oversight; substantial recruiting of C-level executives; new busines development and clent management/retention; recruiting and training of internal research & recruiting teams; executive recruitment; marketing, branding and advertising for the firm. Regularly quoted in the homebuilding industry's two premier national trade magazines relative to employee recruitment & retention, organizational and leadership development.

Managed all client services for this regional marketing and advertising firm to include: new business development with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations; Board of Director recruitment; creation and oversight of multi media advertising plans both regionally & nationaly; public relations; copy writing; voice-over announcing, on-camera commercial advertising. Successfully increased year-over-year gross & net revenues between 11% - 17%.

Recruited to oversee all marketing, advertising and business development functions, primarily for this not-for-profit hospital's chemical dependency treatment center. Net result from aggressive marketing, public speaking, and multi media advertising activities produced a substantial increase in Preferred Provider Agreements with industries and companies across Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Cameron became the principal provider, in the tri-state region, of in-patient and out-patient care for those individuals suffering from alcoholism & drug addiction. Increased in-patient census from roughly 55% to a minimum of 90% - typically at 100% capacity- from early 1991 through mid 1993, substantially exceeding business plan & financial projections.
