• Team lead of team of 4 developers in charge of the software life cycle processes for assigned projects. Responsible for the requirements gathering, for analysis of the business rules, for solution architecture.
• Required to replace the existing “Touch Screen Systems” that are in restaurants with Pocket PCs via wireless communications and thermal printers. Project took six months for completion.
• This solution provided clients superior data organization, accurate inventory tracking process results and payroll processes for better time usage by waiters & managers with better customer service quality as a result.
• Additionally, created and maintained company website using HTML, FLASH, ASP, and JavaScript.
• Designed n-Tier architecture model and developed functional prototypes for the data transfer, order taker and dispatcher modules.
