My mission is clear: to maximise the commercial capabilities of the Vendor Management Office and drive continuous improvement, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to a commercial strategy and relationship management framework, at the highest level.I have been driving teams to succeed in challenging environments all my life.In addition to the requirements of the role I am delivering, I am continuously looking to improve myself and my team to benefit the wider organisation. This means I am as comfortable challenging the status quo as I am at adapting to new systems and processes.I have been employed in a wide range of countries, business and technology leadership positions affording me a wealth of experience in a number of industry sectors and disciplines, including retail, finance, software, defence, critical national infrastructure and the government sectors, across commercial, procurement, cyber security, sales, programme delivery and product development leadership roles.This means whatever my role title, in whatever discipline or sector I work in, I am able to bring all my knowledge, understanding and experience to the table and apply it to the task at hand.My current role with Alshaya is focussed on commercial strategy, contract negotiations and C-Suite relationship management but my passion in life always comes down to 'people + process + technology'.
