My greatest satisfaction is organising and delivering solutions in constantly evolving environments, with sustainability and digitalisation as key foundations. With extensive procurement and supply chain experience, in managing strategic supplier relationships, a strong record of enabling optimum supply of products through sourcing of polyurethanes, plastics, paints, glass, packaging and industrial gases from lowest cost origin, minimising the cost of logistics, reducing exposure to tariffs, and managing currency volatility risk.I work closely with stakeholders to develop and encourage strategies and innovations which drive improved efficiency, minimising harmful impact, and adopting responsible and social practices - while contributing significantly to cost savings, and market and revenue growth. This focus has led me to drive to a more sustainable circular approach, including increasing the use of post-consumer recycled materials and eliminating hazardous materials within the supply chain.Together with my family, I have lived and worked in Australia, UK, China and Singapore.
