Bim Specialist
Current- Generate Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit software and update the modelsaccording to the latest information provided. Produce Revit parametric families, templates andstandards.- Control and maintain models in an organized manner in the appropriate project directorysystem, as per the company’s standards.- Operate software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.- Collect and combine design models using Navisworks software.- Check and verify models and drawings to conform to the consultant’s specifications andauthorities.- Write clash detection reports using design models issued by design consultants and/or modelscreated by the Ventana BIM department to refine the document to the final issued version.- Coordinate contractors and subcontractor shop drawing models against design.- Assist in training drafters, project staff and subcontractors on BIM-related workflows.- Develop and prepare models and sketches from designers, subcontractors, and others toensure proper coordination and installation.- Work with the project team to develop and implement schedule visualization workflows. Guidingthe site team by visualization models.- Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.
