CurrentAn Effective Talent Acquisition Manager, specialising in Financial Services, with knowledge of customising recruitment strategies to meet different needs. Proficient in measuring success, documenting actions, and reporting on progress in closing workforce gaps. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all roles, the reporting of DEI metrics on a quarterly basis, along with other data analysis. Including cost of hire & time to hire, Internal mobility and agency spend. Ensuring this data enables us to make better talent decisions and ensures the business strategy is met. The management of all external suppliers including search agencies and specialist outreach providers. Overseeing an RPO including their MSP, including the measurement of IR35 candidates. Personally involved in making several diverse senior and C-suite hires. Implementing new efficiencies where possible and assisting with technology updates for our recruitment platform. The monitoring and measurement of candidates ensuring they all receive an “out of the ordinary” candidate experience
