Expanded and extended the product line, developed companion services, and increased the leverage of the direct sales force with incentives and improved direct training. Additionally, Paul researched and delivered white papers around new decision models and facilitated client focus groups to evaluate software products. Created an array of TCO and ROI sales and marketing tools for key technology clients including Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Siemens, and Unisys, among others while contributing to the development and sale of this start-up software business to GartnerGroup, Inc.

Directed the $25M, federally funded Child Support Enforcement systems development project for the Puerto Rican Department of Social Services.
