Many organizations and institutions built over the past couple of hundred years require more than a simple renovation - structures, processes and mindsets must be completely overhauled. This starts with ensuring that those people consuming products and services, who were traditionally spoken 'for' by the organizations, are given a seat at the table to speak for themselves, to re-design those services and be involved in the decision-making that fundamentally impacts their lives.
