Senior executive with 13 years experience in financial services leading transformation initiatives, supervision of regulatory remediation programmes and the management of business risk and control functions. Served in a number of tier one global corporate and investment banks in both first and 2nd-line roles.Prior to banking, enjoyed a challenging and varied 20-year career as a senior Royal Air Force intelligence officer having had operational unit command and extensive joint and multi-national experience overseas. Graduate of UK Advanced Command & Staff College including an MA from King's College, London. MBA graduate and professionally certified executive coach (both Henley Business School). Completed the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford) Artificial Intelligence Programme in May 2024.In Sept 2021 transitioned into the FinTech start-up world as Chief Risk Officer at RTGS.global, a next-generation payments service operator. RTGS.global provides instantaneous cross-border Payment-vs-Payment (PvP) service to reduce settlement risk in the wholesale FX market and optimise cross-border commercial payments. Completed my time with RTGS.global in June after a period of gardening leave.Looking forward to a new challenge wherever and whatever that might be...
