I qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and trained and worked for a number of law firms in the West End and the City before joining Willans in 2006. A specialist in dispute resolution, I advise large corporate organisations as well as individuals and am used to handling complex commercial proceedings through the High Court and County Court. More recently, I represented a South West-based company in a high-profile High Court case which resulted in a ruling that YouView (a joint venture involving the major TV channels and broadband providers, to include the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, BT, TalkTalk and Arqiva and was previously chaired by Lord Sugar) infringed a trade mark owned by our client.
