I have over 30 years experience in the construction and engineering sectors providing Expert Witness, contractual advice, commercial management, dispute management and project management services.I am a testifying Technical Expert Witness in Project Management and Engineering Management . My experience has been acquired across a range of industry sectors including oil and gas, power, rail, highways, mining, infrastructure (water, waste water and comms), chemical, process, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and buildings. I work with employer teams, contractors and specialist contractors across the UK, Europe and globally and have experience of working in alliances/partnering arrangements and the more traditional contractual relationships.I have been appointed as an Expert Witness in arbitration and adjudication proceedings on matters relating to project management, project engineering, engineering management and engineering including matters related to quantum and delay. My appointments include issues relating to project management negligence on construction and engineering projects including EPC contracts, EPCM contracts and the NEC contracts.I have provided written reports and given oral evidence to arbitral tribunals I am an experienced trainer/lecturer authoring & delivering Construction Contract Training programmes to public seminars, in-house training courses & universities.
