In work, sport, and life, we can get locked into habitual patterns of thinking and doing. A ‘right’ way of doing things emerges. While this may have a positive impact initially, it has a shelf-life. Becoming reliant or wedded to this eventually closes down options and stifles creativity. Outside the ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way lies everything else. A ‘third’ way exists beyond the binary, that is all the other options and ideas and approaches that haven’t been considered. Thirdways exists to uncover other options in service of potential.I design and deliver impactful individual, team and group learning experiences all over the world.
