My own views on client management did not always match with my employers and in the end, I wanted to better serve the end client. That's when Digital Hothouse was born - now I can provide the level of service I believe all agencies should be delivering to clients.Digital Hothouse is an agency where our focus is on the client. We have an almost non-existent client churn, and as such we don't employ salespeople. We don't tout figures around getting more and more clients and a top50 growth company. We focus on service and results to our clients, rather than our own bottom line - my belief is that growing our clients will grow us. We want to be an extension of our client rather than an outsourced agency that only cares about the invoice getting paid. If we take care of our clients well enough, the bottom line will take care of itself.This is my philosophy - we don't have hundreds of staff, however, we have fantastic customer focus and I would rather that than have 10x more people and have lots of clients constantly leaving. We have clients that are still clients going back to the inception of Digital Hothouse, and this is down to the service and results that my team and I provide. Pretty much all of our business comes through word of mouth and that can only be a testament to what Digital Hothouse offers to clients. Show less
