I am a network administrator and application analyst with over 20 years of experience. I've worked extensively with enterprise-level Information Systems while providing Application and Tech Support at various Hospitals, Colleges, Municipalities, and Universities. I am familiar with Macs, Windows, and Mobile Operation Systems and experienced at supporting software and technology in all types of environments. I have run training sessions for doctors, faculty, staff, and students in their use of IT Infrastructure and applications. I have project management experience including working with financial institutions, teams, volunteers, and students. My experience helps provided good insight into the demands of large enterprise and higher education on IT Infrastructure.
