Responsible for the outputs of the Defence School of Personnel Administration, which trains Army Education officers and all Army and Royal Air Force HR specialists. The role also involves the management of the Defence establishment at Worthy Down, which includes the Defence School of Personnel Administration, the Defence Food Services Wing and assorted lodger units. The major change programmes affecting the site include a major infrastructure project (approx £270m) and organisational restructuring to form the Defence College of Logistics, Policing and Administration at Worthy Down.
