Key Accomplishments:• Aggressively managed personnel/performance issues to improve morale, teamwork, and performance in an overcrowded facility. • Managed turnover effectively and reinvested in recruitment and training.• Supervised transfer of workload to New York City facility and implemented second and third shift workflow.• Effectively managed an annual operating budget of $7 million while overseeing facility improvements.

Successfully achieved record revenue attainment of $191 million. Continued a significant oncology office market penetration and a successful launch of colorectal product to gastroenterology market.
