Prep and scan patients charts to be transferred to system. Make sure that all items that not suppose to be in file be taken out. Integrate documents to be scanned into to system. Recycle all trash, QC all work when finished answer phones when needed, process daily reports.

Contact Doctor's offices, Hospitals, Nursing to get documentation for clients to qualify them to complete their application for a wheel chair. I received emails, faxes, mail with information on clients so I could complete their application process. I also sent out different types of forms for client and Doctors to complete. Review Court documents for errors and make corrections. Data entry, scan documents,switchboard relief, heavy customer contact. Work all office equipment. I also was a Sheriff worked in the St. Louis County Count room when needed and I worked with the Jury.

Processed all paperwork that the Attorney's and Customers needed to be filed in Court. I did Data Entry, processed payroll, took minute's for meeting, mailed out documents, scanned documents, open and process account receivable and payable, end of day reports closed open and close office.

Processed customers orders on the internet and took payments, I also trained new employee's that were assigned to our dept mail and phone. I sent out faxes to home office, received faxes, took care of customers complaints sent out letters.
