Listening, learning, and leading with empathy are my guiding principles for creating a team environment where every member can thrive and contribute to our shared goals.I hold a First-Class Honours Degree in Business and Management, a Diploma in Psychotherapy, and a Level 4 qualification as a Teacher of Further Education, with a current focus on a Postgraduate qualification in Strategic Leadership and Management.I am proud to have been invited as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) in 2009 and hold full membership with the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI). Recently, I completed a 10-year term as Chair of Trustees at ISAS, an award-winning sexual assault and abuse charity, and currently serve as a trustee for the learning disability charity REACH.
