Paul has been successful in servicing various industries including franchising, restaurants and hospitality, non-profit, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, construction, and employee benefit plans in private domestic & international environments.Paul has strong experience in process improvement, change management and staff development. His accomplishments include successful organizational restructuring, financial and strategic planning, and operation improvements through a total team approach. Paul has extensive experience with managing staff as well as collaboration at the C-suite, senior management, and Board of Director levels. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).Paul is an Arizona native and graduated from Arizona State University. After graduation, Mr. Evans began his career as an auditor with a large regional CPA Firm, Eide Bailly, LLP, where he practiced for 11 years. Mr. Evans is a proud member of the community and believes in giving back through serving as Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair and Executive Committee Member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, Executive Committee Member for Phoenix Suns Charities 88, and is a TGen Foundation Ambassador. Paul was the recipient of the prestigious Phoenix Business Journal Top 40 under 40 Award in 2014 and is a graduate of Valley Leadership Institute, Class 35.
