* Continuously maintain and improve knowledge of products, services and dental and digital imaging industry.* Travel and assist as needed with delivery of yearly events such as trade shows, users meetings, external/internal trainings,etc* Troubleshoot and test software issues to provide reproducibility and information that can be acted on for defect correction.* Troubleshoot and test dental electronic products to determine root cause for defect correction purposes.* Create and publish procedures, policies or other internal documentation as needed for training, testing, troubleshooting, etc.* Exercise judgment to support and balance organizational objectives of cost reduction and improved customer satisfaction.* Serve in a management role when needed to direct other technicians, approve or deny replacement of parts, and authorized site visits for internal and third party technicians.
