Hastings - an international funds manager with then approximately $12 billion of infrastructure assets under management and was a subsidiary of Westpac Banking Corporation.As a senior member of Hastings Funds Management’s new investments team, we substantially increased HFM’s market penetration nationally and internationally. We were involved in successful bids for high-value government asset sales and established an extensive infrastructure deal pipeline in priority sectors. Provided internal strategic advice on non-financial risks associated with target acquisitions and represented the company on governmental, policy and regulatory issues impacting the operating environment of HFM's existing infrastructure assets.
