I developed precedents for a wide range of documents Fully involved in enforcing and maintaining internal protocols and their boards’ delegated authorities, so as to ensure the businesses continue to act properly.Managed external advisers in a number of projects, namely litigation, judicial review, mediations, adjudications, specialist regulatory advice and PFI bid negotiations.
