  Responsible for managing customer accounts across the North East of England. Providing tooling solutions and systems to help manage and control compliance within the workplace.I managed the service centre for the North East at Abbey for 15 years and as a result have a good understanding of the different tool types and best practice in terms of tool servicing. After this time I had the opportunity to do more customer facing work and to expand our operation into the North-East of England, which I have now been doing successfully for the last nine years.We offer a turnkey solution to the associated issues related to managing the use of industrial power tools. This can include a recommended tool list and Hav's monitoring, both post service or repair and in use. It can also include on site ongoing Hav's data capture.
