I have an enthusiasm and passion for helping organisations and individuals extend their psychological skills and knowledge through the practical application of training in the fields of CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. My aim is to ensure SDS provides an excellent quality service which is trully client led. Ability to think "outside the box" on most issues relating to mental health, behaviour change and psychotherapy. A multiple degree background (Modern History, Experimental Psychology and Clinical Psychology) combined with over 20 years experience running limited companies that have delivered a service to practically every NHS Trust and local authority in the UK providing a unique knowledge and experience base.
