I have recently changed our company name from Dream Destination Canada to Paul Abraham Immigration Consulting. This change was made to more accurately reflect the fact that we offer both immigration to Canada and immigration by investment for the USA, the Caribbean nations, and the EU.PAIC speaks to the international nature of our business. Our services remain the same, including a full range of immigration services for Canada as well as immigration by investment for USA, Caribbean and the EU.

Mrs. Anne Marie Abraham is the Operations Manager. In 2008, the named changed to FBC Abraham Consulting until 2018 when we changed the name to Dream Destination Canada Inc upon our return to Halifax Canada.We offer Immigration Consulting for Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Family Class Programs and Investor and Business Class Programs as well as Visit and Student Visas. We operate internationally with many clients throughout the Middle East, Gulf Area, India and China as well as in Canada. Our aim is to provide clients with honesty, professionalism and respectful service. We are proud and honored that Abraham Consultancy has been successful through referrals from satisfied clients. Paul is a licensed Immigration Consultant with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants. Paul has two Bachelor Degrees and two Master Degrees. Mrs. Anne Marie has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and many years of consulting experience with the Canadian Government as well as 5 years as Executive Assistant to the Canadian Ambassador to the UAE.

Lead the start-up of an American K-12 school in Abu Dhabi and oversaw its successful opening. Full operations were subsequently approved by the regulator, Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).

Key responsibilities and accomplishments: Participated in negotiations with NAPO and the Ministry of Defense for formulation of the contract for our initial intake of 180 UAE national male cadets. Directed all faculty and staff from every college on the new campus. Created and discharged all budgets for the campus physical development, resources and further staffing. Key player in developing an electronic student tracking system for early warning and timely intervention. Developed intervention strategies for student success. Successfully admitted UAE national male civilians, and oversaw move to larger campus to accommodate this. Created new offices as service needs grew, including careers, counseling, financial aid, alumni, activities, athletics, student success, attendance and discipline and cultural liasion. Graduated a significantly higher percentage of UAE national male in-take relative to other federal institutions. It is generally recognized that the male program at ZU has been an unqualified success, largely due to my leadership in all key areas. Key responsibilities and accomplishments: Recruited Canadian and American teachers. Ensured fidelity and quality for 17 accreditation factors. Developed and delivered internal PD programs aimed at strengthening methodologies and classroom management for all teachers. Reported quarterly on school progress and needs. Established a parent/teacher committee. Transformed the discipline program from a reactive, summative model to a more prescriptive, formative process resulting in a happier and less problematic student body. Developed and managed to secure approval for a new safety program with substantial fixed costs. Communicated the new safety program and other innovations to parents, resulting in improvements in retention. Enrollment rose more than 40% during my three years, a rate never experienced in the 8 years prior to my arrival. Lead our annual self study projects, resulting in a positive accreditation report from the board of visitors in each of my three years.

Key responsibilities and accomplishments: Lead the strategic planning process. Developed and oversaw the school improvement plan. Directed the activities of all staff and faculty (approx 43) Created and ensured success of the first community committee. Moved global budgeting to a school based model. Instituted and nurtured a peer coaching model for PD. Developed electronic inputs for data driven decisions / reporting. Instituted a French Immersion program. Lead the formulation of a new system wide policy on police intervention protocols for all 173 schools.  Transformed the school over the years from a closed, foreboding institute of questionable quality upon my arrival to a vibrant, welcoming learning community with marked improvement in academic achievement and general happiness upon my departure.
