Sebesta is a $30M, 170 employee consulting engineering firm providing services across all facets of design, construction and facility operations for clients in the health care, commercial, institutional, industrial and government markets. Drove transformational change efforts to align the company and its leadership around a new strategy focused on addressing client needs in targeted markets across the organizations national geographic reach.

Directed all facilities engineering work associated with a 250M square foot real estate portfolio. Led a global team of 110 Target Engineering professionals with 300+ external consultant business partners, overseeing all engineering aspects of the design, construction and/or renovation of 400+ facilities in the United States and Canada.

Responsible for the global operations and maintenance of Target's portfolio of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and life safety building systems, serving 250 million square feet of real estate. Charged with optimizing the design, construction, operations and maintenance processes in an effort to reduce expenses associated with a $600M annual expense budget.
