Responsible for Thales ANZ's Talent Acquisition Operations, responsible for ensuring the evolution of TA process and tools, as well ad being country owner of contingent delivery & reporting.A few highlights include;• Lead the ANZ implementation of Workday ATS including a comprehensive change and training program for all users (Talent Acquisition and Business). • Country Process Owner (CPO) for the Workday ATS ensuring enhancements and the development roadmap aligns with ANZ requirements.• Project Managed the acquisition & implementation (inc. Workday integration) of a new background screening provider.• Project Managed the retender and subsequent change of 2 National Master Service Provider agreements.• Contract Management of 2 multi-million-dollar MSP agreements.• Designed and developed TAUs suit of reposts and dashboards.• Ensure GDPR and local privacy compliance throughout the ANZ Talent Acquisition process.• Work closely with the Procurement function to ensure legal and legislative compliance across subcontract engagements.• Ensure compliance to Australian Background Screening Standard 4811.
