With extensive professional experience, I am proud to present myself as an international expert in educational management, deeply committed to research and teaching in agricultural and natural resource economics, as well as marketing analysis. My career began in 1999, progressing through various educational management roles, and culminating in my tenure as Provost-General Vicerrector of the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) from 2017 to 2022. During my leadership, ESPOL attained unprecedented recognition as Ecuador's premier public university, earning esteemed international accreditations, including ABET, EUR-ACE, AACSB, AMBA, and PMI, a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality education. By 2024, ESPOL ranks as the top university in Ecuador in 3 out of 5 international rankings and is the leading public university in 2.As an experienced researcher, I have secured nearly $3.5 million in funding from national and international sources, bolstering a robust portfolio of publications and supervising approximately 30 theses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. My expertise has been featured in over 25 academic events as an invited speaker.
