I have gained a vast knowledge of management and engineering within the industries and companies that I have worked for. My experience in management and also been an ex-football referee I feel that I offer a lot of commonsense, control and leadership of people. This knowledge helped me to drive my current employee forward implementing new procedures such as training, employee reviews and assessments. My role at Yorkshire Rubber Linings is very flexible in order to fit current developments, as well has fulfilling my duty of Quality Manger I also took on the role of production manager during 2013 to 2014 in order to redevelop the suture of the works introducing new methods of operating ready to hand the role over to our new production manager who started in October 2014. In my spare time I also help out a Porsche race team, and with my media skills and team development helped the team take triple honours in the 2014 Porsche Club Championship.My passion for art means that I am also a person who will only expect quality and detail at it’s highest.I enjoy Motorsport and also run my own website that has helped me over the year with many communicant skills.I also when I can find the time enjoy Scuba Diving this again evolves levels of self discipline and a Hugh attention to safety.I feel that I have a lot of life skills and experience to offer any company, I can offer a lot of common sense that sometimes is forgotten.I am very hands-on and have a vast knowledge of working on many chemical and oil & gas sites were discipline and skills are at their highest level. Trained in Isosh, NEBOSH and ISO auditing.Regards
