• Engagement Setup and Management for Executive Search (Consumer & General Practice) and Advisory- Fulfill project management roles and responsibilities as a GP / Advisory PSA Primary.• Liaison with HR and Finance - Act as a link between GP / Advisory team members and Finance/HR for specific activities.

• Management of global insurance programs.

• Develop annual recruiting calendar. • Coordinate logistics for marketing and targeting events, including formal and informal presentations, receptions and dinners. • Maintain incoming applications and generate appropriate response letters using recruiting system • Work with Senior Recruiter to facilitate the resume review process.• Schedule Associate Consultant candidate interviews.• Execute Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) Program; onboarding process, in office training, mid-point and final reviews and final presentations.• Assist with tracking of Associate Consultant Program Budget. • Coordinate Bain Challenge initiative.• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Manage Partner and Manager schedules. • Coordinate the organization and logistics of internal and external meetings; prep meeting materials. • Coordinate national and international Travel, including air and land transportation, hotel reservations, visa and Passport processes. • Keep CRM contact database updated; send mass emails and register client development contact activities.• Elaborate and submit time and expense reports; including credit card statement conciliation and resolution to any differences. • Coordinate organization and logistics for internal events (Offsite, End of Year dinner, Charity Auction, among others.)• Support recruiting area:o Support department’s strategic planning.o Plan and coordinate events for Latin MBA students in the USA.o Plan and coordinate interviews for analysts.o Coordinate offer closing processes. o Manage recruiting system.
