-Assist the Meeting & Events Team in any administrative tasks including but not limited to creation of proposals, contracts, BEOs and Group Resumes-Complete distribution every day and share this with the operational departments-Generate Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports -Manage internal meetings and issue BEO’s -Coordinate and follow up with third party vendors

-Act as liaison between Meeting Planner and all operating departments -Monitor meeting functions interacting with meeting planners and their attendees to ensure expectations are met.-Review all relevant written communications (Group Resumes, Daily Event Lists, Banquet Event Orders, etc.) and verify accuracy of room set up and function space.-Work closely with Meeting and Event Manager to ensure accuracy of room setup and communicate any onsite event changes.

- Greet and welcome guest upon arrival - Responsible for the registration, check out and cashier of guests, groups, teams and tours- Book reservations for walk-ins - Provide support to the guest service managers with daily and nightly reports
