I am a Chair, Non-Executive Director and a Board Member with over twenty years of executive and Board level experience across the public, commercial & not-for-profit sectors with particular experience across social enterprises and the banking and finance industry (notably in Payments). At Board level highlights include: current Director of Now and Not Yet Inc & We Love Olivine Ltd, social enterprise cafés and creative spaces; current Management Board Member with The Mustard Tree, contributing to strategic development, governance and finance; Council Member and an Audit & Risk Committee Chair with the Baptist Union of Victoria. I have also been a previous Director and Nominations and Audit, Risk & Finance Committees Member with the Australian Payments Clearing Association (now Australian Payments Network). In an executive capacity I was most recently ANZ’s Head of Payments Industry where I was a key thought-leader and contributor to the development of the Australian and global payments infrastructure and ecosystem including being the Australian Representative on the international SWIFT Payments Maintenance Working Group and the Payments Market Practice Group. In this role I focused on reform and management of payments clearing and settlement systems as well as related regulatory, governance, risk arrangements and market practices. Finally, I have completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course and hold a Bachelor of Economics (Hons).
