As the head of the Customer Success team, Paul is the client’s main point of contact and he is responsible for all aspects of onboarding, retention and advocacy.• Paul’s mission is to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their success• Megaphone prioritizes sponsorship to help lock in renewals and Paul leads efforts to help clients close deals. He trains managers and Account Executives, designs interactive mock-ups for pitches, configures all implementation details once campaigns are sold and supplies post-flight reporting• Drives feature adoption to ensure clients receive full value from Megaphone’s diverse product line, identifying new or unused features that provide value. Paul is solely responsible for Megaphone’s training material (manuals, webinars and videos)• Proactively analyzes customer usage to identify at-risk accounts and put them on a path to success Show less
