Subsequently, Mr. Janssen designed and implemented a large enterprise SAS analytics platform for the California Department of Health Care Services, providing the tools to evaluate and manage quality of care and cost of care for the Medi-Cal program.Having taught post-graduate IT courses for the University of California Davis Extension part-time for seven years, Mr. Janssen also contributed to the careers of many IT professionals in the greater Sacramento area.
