I like making things. I am was the founder of two AdTech companies - RedEye and TagMan. - Working on VR apps for neuropsychological research and psychodiagnostics- Serial entrepreneur, founder of two AdTech companies. Developed organisations from 1 to 75 employees.- Recently obtained BSc in Psychology with a grade of 8.3After twenty years as an AdTech entrepreneur, I pivoted my career towards understanding the relationship between brain and behaviour. This is to help diagnose and ameliorate the consequences of injuries (trauma/vascular etc) and diseases such as Alzheimers, Parkinsons, and Multiple Sclerosis.I'm a big believer in the need for companies to private private mental heathcare. The NHS can't cope and is barely fit for purpose. Providing private mental healthcare is a win/win for companies and employees. Not only are chronically stressed employees more likely to suffer mental illness, but they are also more likely to become physically ill. In contrast, happy employees are more productive, make fewer mistakes and are less likely to switch companies.
