With nearly a decade of ICU experience, my expertise casts a wide net from trauma, neuro, cardiac, and burn intense care patients. I also have experience as a House Supervisor, giving me a better understanding of patient flow from the standpoint of multiple departments, including the ED. My recent administrative experience has been beneficial in working with other members of the ICU from a leadership perspective, all the while utilizing my Lean Certification and expertise in teamwork and communication to make the ICU a safe experience not only for patients but also for my fellow nurses.
