Functional testing of SureCost's Web Based/Mobile App Pharmacy Ordering Platform

Co-Race Director and Founder of the Loon Mountain Race, a mountain race to the summit of Loon Mountain Ski Area in Lincoln, NH. Race course was developed for a qualifying race for the US Mountain Running Team. It has gone on to host the US Mountain Running Championships 3 times and has grown to almost 1000 participants, making it the 3rd largest Mountain Race in the United States. Much of the recent growth is due to our partnership with Trail Sisters to encourage first time female participants to try out the sport of Mountain Running.

In my volunteer role for the team, I actively maintain the team's Social Media presence, including the management of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Google+ and Website exposure, along with fellow Team Manager, Richard Bolt.As Junior Team Manager, I do outreach to student athletes and college level coaches to recruit team members to compete at the World Championships each September. I travel with the Team to the Event and serve as Manager and Support to both the Junior and Senior Teams. In this position, which I do in my spare time when not at my "real job", I help to promote the disciplines of Mountain, Ultra and Trail running in New England as part of USA Track and Field. I head up the USATF-NE Mountain Running Circuit which consists of 6 mountain races in the states of New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.

I serve as Race Director for the Cranmore Mountain Race in North Conway, New Hampshire. The race has served as a qualifying race for the US Mountain Running Team in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 and will again in 2013.In 2007 the race served as the USA Mountain Running Championships. In 2009 the race was be both the USA Mountain Running Championships and the NACAC (North American-Central American-Caribbean) Mountain Running Championships. In 2011 it again served as the USA Mountain Running Championships. It will also be the 2013 USA & NACAC Mountain Running Championships.I execute and direct all aspects of the event, from course design, sponsor recruitment to budget management, and coordination of elite athlete housing and transportation. The event has been named one of the top 25 Trail Races in the country by Runner's World Magazine (2011) and also featured in a 6 page pictorial in the the August 2011 Edition of Trailrunner Magazine.

-Created first Marketing Department at the company. Responsible for marketing strategy and budget, hands-on development of marketing materials and all facets of lead generation including SEO optimization, email campaigns, website and online advertising -Grew department to a team of three; Supervision two junior department members-multiple redesigns of company website and marketing automation efforts, including testing efforts of new website design-Led redesign of product interface and organized testing efforts for new web-based reporting product-Helped to establish QA and release procedures for company software products-Organized rollout of company and product rebranding initatives in 2018-Member of planning team and Emcee for Rapid Insight User Conference

I am the Director of Marketing for The Echo Group, a Behavioral Health software company in the Mount Washington Valley of New Hampshire. I manage the company website, social media presence, all POS materials, advertising campaigns, trade show materials, creation of press releases etc and general marketing messages for the company. I also do market research to provide market trend information to our development team for product development.I organize our annual customer user conference, Peer to Peer, including the recruitment of industry speakers, event scheduling, planning and development of event curriculum.With my technical background, I also am a company resource on information regarding industry information, including Meaningful Use Funding and EHR Certification, as well as an interface to Industry Organizations such as The National Council. I am also involved in a Sales Engineering role, helping to prepare and oversee the management of our Sales Demo Platform. A highlight of the interface involvement with the market and technical staff was being part of the team that worked on the successful certification of our EHR, including product design, industry research, and education follow up sessions with our customers. This led to a point of distinction for Echo as the first three Behavioral Health organizations in the company to receive Meaningful Use funds were all Echo customers.

Oversaw the creation of the first Testing and Quality Assurance Manager. Worked with staff to develop a series of automation test suites, test plan standards, and formalized the release process of the software.As Development Manager, worked extensively to integrate Development and QA through process standards and active department communication.

Managed Call Center and Customer Support Department fielding a high volume of calls on an Enterprise Level Contract Management/Project Management Software Company.Worked with staff to develop formal training and advancement programs to ensure quality in the Technical Support process.Oversaw and assisted in the development of the company's first Online Support Knowledgebase that was then also utilized in other parts of the organization.Responsible for reviewing and developing content for annual Corporate User Conference, including assisting staff in presentation skills and presentation preparation.

Fielded calls on technical and training topics related to Primavera's Project Management and Construction Contract Management software suites.
