I graduated from Sheffield Poly in 1986 and spent 23 years with retail specialists Lane Walker in Sheffield specialising in all aspects of retail agency, development and investment.Paul Lancaster Commercial Property Consultant started trading in Sheffield on 1 January 2014 from where I look after long standing clients from my 28 years spent in Sheffield. I am currently part of Sheffield City Council's delivery team in respect of their proposals for the New Retail Quarter and represent numerous other landlords throughout the City. I am also retained by The National Hereditary Breast Cancer Helpline in respect of all their property matters including acquisitions nationwide.I am also a Director at 4Urban Consulting Ltd who specialise in all aspects of commercial property providing real estate asset management advice to a number of private clients with assets throughout the UK. We are currently managing portfolios with a total annual rent roll of in excess of £5m.
