The company provides janitorial and other contracted services to industrial, manufacturing, medical, education, and commercial office facilities throughout the Southeast.Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University. He began his professional career working for a Big 4 accounting firm in Atlanta. After almost four years of Advisory Services, Paul had an opportunity to purchase a janitorial supply distributorship in Jackson, MS. Under his leadership, Paul’s team was able to restore the company’s reputation, reduce monthly operating expenses by 48%, increase revenues by 62%, and improve net profits by 95% in four years. Paul was able to successfully sell the company in 2011 and move back to Baton Rouge to be closer to his roots. He joined a Louisiana based management consulting firm where he consulted with clients ranging from small and large businesses and non-profits to local and state government on projects involving strategic planning, organizational design, facilitation services, and education and outreach. Paul joined SEJ Services in 2014 to expand the company’s footprint by developing a Louisiana market for the company. He is now responsible for business development throughout the Southeast.Paul was named to Baton Rouge Business Report's 2019 Forty Under 40. He has been selected to be on the Core Team of the Our Lady of Mercy ACTS ministry in Baton Rouge. He is married to Julie Guidry Laperouse from Jennings, LA. Paul and Julie have been blessed with four beautiful daughters - Annie Grace, Peyton, Beckett, and Gentry.
