Aircraft Production Control (PC) NCO for an Aviation Support Company. Responsible for the welfare, morale and training of two NCO's and five Soldiers. Supported the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade's 37 AH-64D, 57 UH-60A/L and 10 CH-47F helicopters. Monitored the work progress of the various maintenance sections. Prepared and submitted status reports on maintenance progress for the PC OIC, Company and Battalion Commanders and higher headquarters. Coordinated work input to the maintenance sections to include Quality Control elements for all work beyond the Unit's capability.

Responsible for coordinating, managing and scheduling all operator, unit, contract and support maintenance for the Battalion's 30 UH-60L Blackhawk Helicopters. Responsible for reporting and tracking maintenance data and providing aircraft status to Company, Battalion, Brigade and AMCOM levels on a fleet valued at over $190,000,000 and signed for critical mission equipment valued at over $7,000,000. Managed unit work request register and work priorities of over eighty Soldiers in eight MOS's and seven civilians.

Instructed resident aviation logistics training for the Aircraft Structural Repairer Course for MOS 15G1O. Contributed to the development and preparation of Programs of Instruction and related training materials. Provided subject matter expertise by reviewing and writing lesson plans, examinations and other training support material. Accountable for equipment and training devices in excess of $230,000.

Responsible for the coordination, implementation and reporting for a company of 280 NCO's and Officers. Responsible for maintenance of training records. Ensured prompt and accurate processing of company training schedules and NCOES packets. Maintained the liaison with Brigade level S-3 schools and installation ATRRS requests manager. Responsible for the scheduling, resources and location of company training events. Advised the Company Commander and First Sergeant on training issues.
