Extensive experience helping clients drive efficiency, business and asset value from their real estate using an approach based on a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals applied to client needs, market knowledge, trusted relationships and confidentiality. Starting with Manhattan office leasing for public and private companies, my practice expanded to include government institutions, NYC’s outer boroughs, urban industrial, land, affordable housing and development. Along the way, industry specialties in food and energy emerged to compliment my traditional FIRE industries and government base. My preference has generally been to advise tenants, users, public agencies and non-professional real estate owners, the latter generally accumulating assets to house their businesses. Simply put, I found I could provide greater benefits and value to this group, rather than to professional landlords who are in the real estate business every day.
