CurrentSupports the Integrated Operations Division COS, leading various projects and initiatives that span Budget Formulation and Execution, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Human Capital and Workforce Operations, Data Analytics, Governance, SharePoint Development, and Knowledge Management functions. Possesses expert historical knowledge of IOD budget complexities, organizational structures, missions, strategic goals, and performance measures. Improves efficiency across business processes including Budget, Workforce Operations, and Performance Management. Leads analytical studies to understand complex datasets in the development of multiple visualizations using Power BI and other knowledge management and visualization solutions, researches new and improved methodologies or techniques for understanding and communicating complex data, and develops and supports the release of interactive visualizations and dashboards that accurately synthesize and present complex data for leadership review and decision-making. Successfully leads and supports multi-year budget formulation and execution portfolios, providing expert program management and analysis of the Division’s annual budget approaching $250M, contributing to the IOD’s growth of over 200 positions and nearly $80M in baseline funding over a four-year period; or a 30% increase in positions and nearly 50% increase in funding. Develops clear and compelling budgetary visualizations and briefing materials that incorporate strategic programming and planning content for audiences including the IOD COS, Deputy Assistant Director, and Assistant Director, as well as the CISA Director, DHS leadership, OMB, and the Congress. Routinely briefs Senior Leaders on budget topics, requiring consuming, analyzing, and presenting complex data and clearly and concisely. Addresses routine, ad hoc questions, comments, or concerns from Division staff on topics such as general budget concerns, ability of funds, or other process questions.
