Integrous provides integrity advice and legal counsel to leaders and organizations. As a business/transactional advisor, I can help you refine your goal, identify potential hurdles and solutions, develop a structure and strategy, assemble a team, think through and get around obstacles, make key decisions along the way, and coordinate the execution, without compromising your core values.

Assisting or in a leadership role with various non-profit organizations on a pro bono/volunteer basis. This has included significant involvement with the New Canaan Society helping it transition from a regional to a National organization, serving as its Acting President for nearly a year, leading the New Canaan Society’s founding chapter in Connecticut since 2007, and at various times serving as a member of it’s National Board of Directors, its National Management Committee and its National Leadership Team. In recent years, I have also given my time to a number of other non-profits, including: Praxis (an accelerator program for non-profit entrepreneurs) as an Accelerator Mentor in the areas of integrity and organizational culture and as a member of the Praxis Expert Network; Sovereign’s Capital (a private equity fund focused on growth-stage companies in developing countries that are run based on Biblical values) as an Advisor; the Benjamin Franklin House Foundation as its Chairman and President; the New York Law Institute as a Director; Young Life Darien/Rowayton as a Committee Chair and Committee member; and the Roton Point Association as a Director.

I was an attorney in the Corporate Department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for over 22 years. I joined Cravath in 1986 and became a partner in 1994. From January 1996 through June 2000, I was one of the two resident partners in the Firm’s London office. I had a broad-based corporate transactional practice, including corporate finance transactions (including bank financings and public and private debt and equity issuances, representing both borrowers/issuers and lenders/underwriters), mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures. I also advised on corporate governance matters.Among other honors, I was recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in 2006 and 2007; Chambers Global: The World's Leading Lawyers in 2008 and 2009; and New York Super Lawyers in 2007 and 2008. I also served on the Advisory Board for the Capital Markets Law Journal and as a Vice-Chair of the ABA Committee on International Securities and Capital Markets.
