Integrous provides integrity advice and legal counsel to help faithful leaders lead with faithful integrity toward Biblical flourishing. Leading with faithful integrity is much more than having good intentions, being ethical, "doing good", "looking good" or "doing well". Biblical flourishing flows from Humanizing, Beautifying and Glorifying. For leaders serious about faith, leading with faithful integrity requires imagining and implementing a bigger "Why", because faithful integrity goes to the organization's heart. Integrous is committed to helping leaders live congruous lives in which all they do at work is informed, guided and part of their faith, and to helping leaders curate organizational cultures committed to Biblical flourishing in which actions align with the organization’s bigger “Why”. We call this alignment “Integriosity”®, and its path has four stages: Renew, Re-Imagine, Re-Align and Restore. We made up the word "Integriosity"® (Integriosity=Integrity + Generosity) to capture the goal of living out faithful integrity, including having a “Why” centered on loving and serving others with generosity. The mission of Integrous is to redeem work through the impartation of wisdom, spotlighting God's truth and connecting its meaning to organizational cultures and practices. The vision of Integrous is that God’s restorative plan for His Kingdom would be assisted by a movement of leaders and organizations intentionally pursuing Biblical flourishing through the alignment of Integriosity®.
