Integrous is committed to helping leaders live congruous lives in which all they do at work is informed, guided and part of their faith, and to helping leaders curate organizational cultures committed to Biblical flourishing in which actions align with the organization’s bigger “Why”.
We call this alignment “Integriosity”®, and its path has four stages: Renew, Re-Imagine, Re-Align and Restore. We made up the word "Integriosity"® (Integriosity=Integrity + Generosity) to capture the goal of living out faithful integrity, including having a “Why” centered on loving and serving others with generosity.
